Documents required at the time of Admission :

  • Candidates seeking admission to Nursery will need to submit Immunization certificate, Birth Certificate from municipal corporation / block, address Proof and Aadhar Card.
  • Candidates seeking admission to LKG will need to submit Immunization certificate, Birth Certificate from municipal corporation / block, address Proof and Aadhar Card.
  • Candidates seeking admission to classes other than Nursery and LKG will need to submit TC+Report card along with other documents mentioned below.
  1. Original Acknowledgement slip.
  2. Stamp size photograph of the candidate – 4 copies.
  3. Candidate photograph with the parents – 2 copies (Passport size).
  4. Vaccination Record of the candidate (photocopy) for Nursery and LKG.
  5. Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / block of the candidate (Photocopy).
  6. Blood group and RH certificate from a pathological laboratory (Photocopy).
  7. Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest for Christians.
  8. For Anglo-Indian candidates – the Baptism Certificate, a letter from the Parish Priest and a letter from The All-India Anglo-Indian Association (any branch).
  9. Aadhar Card of the candidate.
  10. Transfer Certificate and Final Report card of previous school attended by the candidate. 
  11. Photocopy of the School Identity Card if own brother or sister studying in this school.
  12. Caste Certificates for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Backward Caste and OBC’s from competent authority.

Any one proof of PRESENT PATNA RESIDENCE:

  1. Bank Pass Book with photograph and Patna.
  2. LPG Consumer Book with photograph and Patna.
  3. Election/Voter Identity Card with Patna. 
  4. BSNL Landline Telephone Bill with Patna. 
  5. Aadhaar Card with Patna. 

Please Note: The above mentioned Patna Residential documents should have the father’s or the mother’s name clearly mentioned on it.

NOTE-

 

  1. The school does not provide any transport facility.
  2. Parents/ Guardians, you are well aware of your ward/s correct age and his/her ability, therefore, you are requested to apply only if your child is of the correct age and fit for the right class according to his/her ability.
