WITHDRAWAL
CASE 1 - At the End of the Session
Application for withdrawal should be made in writing to the principal on or before 1st of March i.e. before the commencement of the new academic session.
If the application is received in order, the Transfer certificate will be issued only after full (session and tuition fees) fees is paid upto March
CASE 2 - During the Session
In case of withdrawal of a child during the academic session, it will be necessary to give application two calendar months in advance writing to the principal. Exceptions will however be made in case of government employers in a transferable job. Photostat copy of the transfer order must be attached with the notice.
CASE 3 - Automatic Withdrawal
- In case a child fails twice in the same class.
- Students involved in extreme discipline cases as per the decision of the management.
- Students whose fees are in arrears for more than four months will be struck off the roll of the school.
NOTE- In case of any student being withdrawn on any one of the ground above will have all their fees forfeited. In case the fees/dues are not paid, Transfer Certificate will not be issued.
